Been Running Now 7 Months And Feel My Breathing Techniqe Is Holding Me

Hi I used have problems with my breathing too, but I found that breathing in for 3 and out for 2 seemed to work, but you can vary this to how it suits you, it will give you rhythm and after a while you won't even think about your breathing or the counting. Hope you find this useful :)

I have asked for one of these for my birthday in a few weeks. Will report as to how I get on with it.

My lungs feel like they're burning after about 2 miles and I end up gasping for breath. The lungs can be built up like any other muscle in the body apparantly and this is what it does.

Powerbreathe's are great according to my sister-in-law. She is an accomplished 10K runner and advised me and my brother to get one. So they do come highly recommended.
