Hey! Its been 4 months now since i broke two of my toes on my left foot (the two next to my big toe) and they feel pretty much fine! however, i recently started running again and doing some indoor training such as HIIT workouts, and afterwards they feel and look slightly swollen, occasionally with very subtle pain. Does anybody else have any experience with this kind of issue, I am just concerned as it has passed the estimated 6 weeks healing time by quite a stretch now! Any advice on what to do would be amazing please haha :)
