I'm new to the forum. I have a question about rib injuries. I woke up a week ago with a serious pain in my ribs on my right side. I went to the doctor two day's later and he diagnosed that I have a bruised rib. I have no idea how this happened! Anyway, I woud like some advice about training again. I have been running about 7km daily in spite of the pain, but it seems to be getting worse. I am an avid runner and do not want to give up my daily routine. Should I purchase a rib belt? What sports can I do with such an injury?
Any suggestions would gladly be welcomed!!!
