I doubt I will be entering, as much as I would like to, as my legs are going to take a few weeks to recover after Jedburgh!

I've entered this, but my shin splints mean I haven't done any long enough runs in the past few weeks. I'll probably have to withdraw from the race and make do with the Strathave 10km the next week.

Its only another 3k, run it for fun not a time?

Its a half marathon on the 16th, have been stuggling going over the 6mile mark, let alone over 10 miles.(
