I wonder whether someone can help.
Although I've taken part in the last 2 flm's.I Didn't have a great understanding of calorie intake throughout my training.
Can anyone give me an idea of how much I should increase my intake by during training?
I want to give myself the best opportunity to finish in a better time than the previous two years.
Does anyone swear by using just water for hydration as I've only really used lucozade sports on my longer runs but wondered whether I should try an alternative?
Any tips would be great.
