As a bit of a n00b I find much conflicting evidence regarding carbs.
On one hand I know they are high in calories, so I'm trying to cut them down to lose weight.
On the other hand I know they are good for energy in running.
How much carbs should one eat every week?
What should one go for and what should one avoid?
