A very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all you fellow oldies out there.
That's one more running year we have all enjoyed and looking forward to 2013 and reading all your comments on training and racing.

Merry Christmas to you - not sure if I count as an 'oldie' but I'm certainly not one of the Young Ones!! Good Health for 2013.

p.s. I know someone who lives in Newcastle - I believe he runs some sort of restaurant or take-away. Is Newcastle a big place?

Does that mean me? A very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you too Ozbozo. Christmas is not my favourite time of year and I get a little envious of Aussies having barbecues on Bondi beach - or maybe Nobbys beach in your case. Have a good one.

Merry Christmas to u too, seeing that I've just turned 40 and my next race I'm classed as a veteran! I feel I'm allowed to venture onto this section now lol
