I've been using lower body compression clothing now for a few weeks and IMHO it really does work. I feel now I can run back to back distances that without it I would have been too stiff/sore to do.

Open question to anyone who uses it:

Do you think you gain more benifit from Com clothing wearing it for exercise, or wearing it for recovery afterwards, ie if you've only got one set, which would you wear it for; the run or the afterwards?

Although I wear it for both, I think you gain more from the recovery bit.

I think there's more scope for it to aid recovery during the period afterwards... compression should increase blood flow to help recovery - while you're exercising I'd say blood flow was pretty darn high anyway! lol.

I have some Skins long 'tights'... and if I'm brutally honest, I'm not sure I've noticed a difference :(

I have some Skins long tights and decided to leave out my usual hot and cold shower last night.
I slept in the skins and theres no stiffness this morning.

I think they do work tbh.
