I had the misfortune to lay my bicycle on the floor, whilst on it, going round a roundabout:embarrassed: . It's mainly my pride that's damaged along with a ruined pair of trousers (I was on my way to work). Also, got a couple of reasonably deep grazes on my right knee
. Now the grazes are 'scabbing up' they are getting tight and reducing knee flexibility.
Does anyone have any cure to reduce the scab tightness and provide better flexibility? My main concern is that it may alter my running style, until healed, resulting in injury.
Obviously, the best thing would be not to fall off my bike.
