I use a spreadsheet I found here which I have found really useful to plot my weight (the reason for starting this malarky in the first place) and record my runs.
My question is, do you have a daily target distance? Mine is three miles as I hope to run 1200 miles this year. This spreadsheet tracks the milage and lets you know how far ahead/behind you are of your target.
I was way ahead two weeks ago, but a busy week combined with a stomach bug, destroyed that and I now find myself in catch up mode. Still I'm planning a couple of long runs this weekend to get me back on track.
