Gday,

ive ben running on and off for a few years now but recently ive got into a regular routine- about 8km 3 times a week. I eat reasonably well but dont really pay that much attantion to the finer details of my diet- just wondered if anyone had any advice/info on a good diet for us running types?

Welcome to the board - at the distances you're running there's no real dietary requirements (other than all the general advice about balanced diet etc), it's really at marathon distances it becomes more important. You'll find a few of the regular posters on here absent this morning - London marathon. I'm sure there will be many tales about it later.
