But my butt cheeks hurt, well the muscles...

Went for long run sunday 11 miles, was fairly hilly in parts.

Feel like i am walking like john wayne all tight walked :p

Anyone suggest how to stretch it out. :p

Ok after reading the title of the thread, i said to myself "do not laugh"
But when I read "my butt cheeks hurt" the laughter sneeked out a wee bit.

Steve i now have a thought in my head also you have hairy buns :lol:

The tightness is easing off now THANK GOD, BUT i have club run tonight and its a HILL SESSION so back to this thread tomorrow i think
