Hi everybody new to the forum.

I've decided to have a go at the couch to 5k app. I've been out and done 2 'runs' so far but I'm having real problems with my knees, my left knee especially. I'm a bit overweight, 14st 11lb and 5ft 11 but I do do a fair bit of cycling.

If I squat down it feels like my knee is about to explode, and then occasionally when walking I get the feeling my knee wants to bend backwards ๐Ÿ˜ฒ It's not really painful though.

I don't want to stop the exercise but I was wondering if anyone can explain what might be happening, if they've had a similar experience, and if it's ok to keep going?
