Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and after some advice. I started running around march 2006 (age 33) and did first half-marathon in september 2006 (bristol). Loved it but after resting and a short illness never really got back into it. As a result I have been "eating pie" and no exercise for a year. Just started again using my old Nike Perseus from last year but I think they need replacing - no real problems apart from now weighing 14st and slight knee niggle - no real over/under pronation, fairly heavy heel striker - any shoe suggestions? Oh, and hello!
