I always wear one of these as generally you dont carry ID with you on a run and the roads are full of people who dont give a shit what is around the corner or towns are full of chavs who may just stab you for fun! :d

1) Running shoes
2) A watch

Hairband and ponytail elastic for keeping hair under control

Bottle of water

Watch

Front door key

Small piece of paper with my name, address and Mr BPC's contact numbers on it.

Sunglasses if it's sunny.
