Having a bit of a mid life crisis and decided to get fit again. Have entered a 10K on Sunday (Tamworth) and have been out training since November last year. Aiming to beat 55 mins, its going to be close. Next target is to complete a half marathon by the end of the year! Will look for inspiration from Forum.

Hi Welcome to the forum.

Best of Luck with your 10k on Sunday, with all your training you will do well.

You will probably also get answers to things you don't want to know aswell.... :eek:

All the best on Sunday...breaking 55mins for your 1st 10k would be a great start but don't worry if you don't. Just make sure you enjoy the experience!
