I always find the 1st 2 miles the most uncomfortable and so really dont look forward to a run,how can i make this 1st stage of the run more bearable so i can enjoy the entire run? its mostly a mental thing for me rather than physical,do i need a shrink?:d
hmmm.... I have the same problem sometimes. Mostly though I have this weird positive attitude and just look forward to it. I push myself through those first couple of miles and then just go into this great vegitative state... lol.
