Hi all,

Would anyone be able to direct me to a solid source of training plans for my first trail run, the Gower 23mile trail run in October.
I have completed multiple half marathons, and trained for the Manchester half, pre covid cancellation, and did a virtual one in 4:15.

Since then, I have dropped down slightly in intensity, but keen to ramp it up again.

Would a normal marathon training plan be ok, and then just include the long run as a trail run? I liveon the Welsh coast, so no shortage of hills and trails!
