just started taking these every day, was reading about the benifits and wish i knew all this years ago, good for the heart,skin, bones,joints, helps with energy levels and even makes burning fat easier:huh:
General thoughts are that a healthy diet should give you all the vitamins and nutrients you need - and that's probably true! but who has a perfect diet eh?
I just take a multivitamin when I remember I have them :embarrassed:
