Hello just asking if anyone has any advice
Due to start my military training in around 4 months and i can do the PJFT (2.4km) in around 10:16 but for the last 4ish weeks my performance has dropped massively
Has anyone got any tips or advice to help with this?

I would say Keilan to workout every other day. Give your body a break and time to rest and keep pushing!
