Hello, am due to join the military soon, I used to be able to run 2.4km in around 10:16 but recently I have been feeling so sluggish and have no idea why? Can anyone offer some advice
Hi I think that's great as hitting 5k in 30 minutes is good. If you can do 5k in 25, judging by your time you can. I'd say that's awesome.Is 2.6km in 11:16 good, also is 700m sprint in 2:45 a decent time?
