What is something good foods to eat for runners
well, it's all down to personal choice n preference, really, even for pro & competitive running. Say, you might be a "carbs" guy while someone prefers LCHF (low carb high fat), someone's vegan, someone doesn't stomach dairy or gluten well.

Don't think I've changed my diet since I've picked up running other than perhaps eating less junk or processed food, basically being more mindful when it comes to my food choices, and also noticing what type of food (and eaten at what times) make me feel/perform better or worse..

So, I'd argue if there is such a thing as "runners food" or "food for runners"..
