I've been jogging for a couple of years now and mainly took part in 10k''s This year I decided to aim for a half marathon -wanted to do one before I reached that "certain age"! Despite several setbacks I managed to complete my first this year, only problem is that since then I've hardly been able to run at all, even a 3 mile seems to knacker me don't know if I just pushed too hard prior to the half but desperate to get back on form any tips on how to get my running back on track ?
