I was thinking about playing a round of golf on Sunday after my long run (12miles). Is this wise. I'm not too concerned if my running affects my golf but am concerned about injury as running HM at beginning of September.
I used to play golf after running and it produced better rounds...don't know why. Possibly due to fact that I was physically tired and therefore played golf slower than usual and/or was more relaxed about the round.
Still played military golf though!
