Hi all
Newbyrunner here! Well after months of lower back pain, hours of training, and many anti inflammatorys, I've got my first half marathon on Sunday (Tewksbury). The lower back pain has luckerly slowly worn off over the past month, and I'm now up to doing one 10 mile run each week. So other than taking my time at the back of the pack, does anybody have any sound advice for my first run? What sort of time should I be aiming for? The race starts at 9.30 and the presentation is at 11.30! For some reason I think I'll probably be still running by then!
