Not at all, but I assume most of us on the forum aren't running whilst forum'ing.

Usually I'd say something about "I hope you find lots of useful info" but with 50yrs running experience, I wouldn't imagine there's a huge amount more to learn! lol.

We'll certainly look forward to discussing running matters, and drawing from your wisdom & experience

Greetings Smoko, welcome to the Forum. One thing's for sure, you can't be a LOT older than me. I reckon you must have been running in the era of that other great Antipodean, Derek Turnbull. Did you ever meet him? Are you still running on a regular basis?
