I’m running my second half marathon beginning of October
I’m hoping for sub 2 - my first half in March was 2.01.36
Any advice on training plans to follow please?
I’m happy getting up & doing strength / core workouts in morning running wise I can get out 3 times a week on average

Hi, I am training for the Royal Parks in October and I found really useful the training plan from Ben Parkes. I am on week 2 and I think it’s great as it has a variety of trainings and it is very well made.
