Hello everyone!

I've been running casually since 2018, but just recently discovered the wonders of online communities :D
I recently wrote an article about resilience in running, with tips to build a challenge mindset - because I think there really isn't enough discussion about how important our mindset is in getting a better PB or pushing for a longer distance. So, I thought I'd share this article with you all! Here it is!
