4 weeks ago because of lock down i stopped running and i noticed my legs began heavy like lead weights and after 2 weeks of returning to running and on fininshing efforts 20x400meters on private road my legs just gave way It has taking 3 weeks to start walking again from 1km-9km .i dont seen to have the ability to run nothing in the body and the fear factor .Has anyone experience this i have been running for 50 years.I am aiming to get back running but taking my time .i would appreiate any HELP

If you have been running many years you will probably have suffered this at some point before. I have been running 6 years and suffer it on an occasional basis. Usually after some heavy running.

If I get it I wond things back, roll stretch and then start building up again.
