Hi
just started getting into running after a colleague of mine challenged me to do the 10k Tees run in September.
I'm going to work to the training schedule in "Rough Guide to Running" to get me ready. Sold the car and started cycling to work about 3 months ago and lost a stone in weight since then (another stone off would be nice
). Soon discovered that the muscle groups used for running are different to those used for cycling when the aches set in

I'm looking forward to getting lots of advice and banter from everyone.
