I was worried about over doing it at first so i set myself targets for each week that are easily achievable, either adding a bit of distance or aiming to do my last longest without having to walk for a time.
Bad news though.....(it begins)..... think i've hurt my knee. It started yesterday and is painful whn going down stairs and slopes, ok otherwise though.
Trip to the docs might be called for. I'm resting it as much as i can today.
