Am new to the website and forums but it looks good so will hopefully be around for a while,

i have been running properly since march this year and normally run 6 times a week with my main goal having been weight loss. i have now reached a weight i am fairly happy with so am concentrating more on strength and fitness with a view of hopefully running the marathon one day,

Hi Richy,
Welcome to the forum. Im looking forward to the day when I am happy with my weight but I think thats a bit in the future just now.
