Good morning all
Been jogging for a while, on and off, but starting to really enjoy it more now. Using a HRM has also made it more fun and interesting as you can not only see your progress, but it makes you realise you don't have to flog yourself silly to feel you have had a good workout.
Anyway, I've given myself added focus by entering a 4k run (my first event) in a few months so that should be great fun !
