Hello,
I'm new to the forum, just wanted to say hi.
I used to play a lot of football but retired due to aching knees and ankles.
I took up cycling a couple of years ago which I love but only when the weather is nice and warm hence I don't tend to cycle in the winter.
I took up running just after crimbo, not going far, about a 1 and a half miles to start with but have kept increasing the loop a bit at a time. and trying to beat my previous time every time I go out. I'm 45 this year so I'm not going to tear any trees up I know but any advice about increasing the length of my run or getting my time lower will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :d
