Hello all
I'm a 37 yo, overweight Mum of one who is very new to running. I am in the 3rd week of my walking/running programme called the couch to 5k plan at the cool running website.
I'm hoping to increase my fitness and lose weight so that I can keep up with my 2 yr old son when he starts riding a bike and I have to fly after him!
I've really enjoyed the posts I've read here so far although some have been quite mind boggling for me, particularly those talking about cold Old Generals and using Brave Soldier to stop chafing!!
Looking forward to learning lots and going far.
