Hello all,
I've just started running a week ago with my local club, it's tough as I haven't run for years (been busy having children)!
I'm really enjoying it though and hoping to get fit al loose a few post baby pounds!

Hello MrsB - I am new here today too within the last half hour! Although not new to running but thought I'd say hello to a fellow forum newbie!:d

Welcome!

I've recently taken up running again post baby and although it was really tough to start with, it's getting easier (and more enjoyable!) and is definitely helping shift those extra baby pounds - 1/2 stone so far and I feel so much better for it (plus running gives me my quiet 'me' time as well which I love!!!!)
