I am new to this forum so thought i would do a post to say "hello"

I am from bristol, and have been cycling to work for a couple of years now, but recentley left the bike at home and ran and I loved it!! so my aim is to increase to cycle 2 days a week and run 3 to and from work, and am thinking of doing the bristol halp maraton this year so any advice would be greatly apeciated
