I've already posted a bit, but thought I should do the proper hello anyway :)

I've just started running (plus various other sports) because I'm once again a student (after a long absence) and I find that sitting on my bum for hours reading and writing assignments sends me doo-lally if I dont find a physical outlet, as I'm used to working in physical jobs.

Haven't ever really tried to run seriously before (I did a little when I was younger, but nothing beyond a short jog), but I really want to be able to run a satisfying distance and feel like I'm doing some work.

I've encountered a few stumbling blocks, so i thought I'd come and ask more experienced people for advice! :d
