Hi everyone.
This fitness thing is really strange. I play squash, sometimes 4 times a week. I play in a county league, but can't run for more than 3 minutes on a treadmill or about a minute outside.
What am I doing wrong????
Hopefully I'll get the advice I need here. I'm looking to start running to lose a bit of weight and improve my squash.
