Hi everyone.

This fitness thing is really strange. I play squash, sometimes 4 times a week. I play in a county league, but can't run for more than 3 minutes on a treadmill or about a minute outside. :confused: What am I doing wrong????

Hopefully I'll get the advice I need here. I'm looking to start running to lose a bit of weight and improve my squash.

Welcome to the forum davepop, if you want to run for a longer period of time I would suggest building up your distances over a few weeks. Perhaps try two minutes run, one minute walk to begin with and once you are comfortable with doing that session over 20 minutes you can start to go out for longer runs.

Have a read through the beginners section of the forum. I'm sure you'll find plenty of tips.
