I hate doing these things but here goes:
I'm Kerry.
I've not been running for that long really, which is odd considering I've played netball for 10 years!
I guess I just wasnt' too into the whole being totally fit for it.
But this season I've been given the kick I needed. If I get fit I can play for the Superleague team.
Some incentive.
So I've been running for 10 weeks now. Losing 16lbs and going from 15mins for just over a mile to 4 miles in 45mins.
Obviously, more is needed and I look forward to speaking to you all about my progress, your progress and any tips & advice anyone may have!
