Hey, I'm an 800m runner and I feel I'm quite good. I have a race in an hour and 20 minutes though, and for some reason today, I feel bad. I feel weak.

I was wondering if a mars bar, an hour and 20 minutes before a race is good, or many some sweets to get my energy levels up?
