Would anyone have any advice on quickly healing a blister on the arch of my foot? It’s terribly sore. I have purchased new running shoes but I don’t want to be sidelined for days as I‘ve recently got in a routine of running every day and finding it fantastically depressing not being able to run right now.

You can't really speed up the healing (unless you’re Captain Scarlet) but you can avoid slowing it down by having an ok dressing and not rubbing the top off with the shoes that caused it. I’d keep it as open as possible and not wear socks or shoes at home.
