I've been running for around 6 years and i keep getting injuries. Its usually shin splints and now its a pain on the outside of my foot. I have shin bubbles on the outside part of the ankle there and it feels better when i rub them out with a lacross ball. Ive always rubbed out the shin bubbles when I get shin splints but it being close to the ankle im not sure itmf its a great idea because i keep hitting a nerve Any tips on running shoes? ive stood by ravenna 6's for years because of my bad gait, but im older now and im getting injured easier. Any help would be very appreciated.
