hi everyone im new to this forum so please to meet you all. im thinking of doing a triathlon very soon so i will be posting a topic about advice on how to train for it as im not a strong swimmer.peace
This forum is a great place for advice, as you may have read, weekends do tend to be a bit quite compared with during the week but someone will answer your questions
I am a stronger swimmer than runner; used to swim competativley when I was younger and still train 3 or 4 times a week. I think the secret to swimming like running I imagine, is technique. A good place to start is with Terry Laughlin's Total Immersion (Google it) method. It concentrates on core body strength, front quadrant and being slippery.
