first of all i would like to say a big hi to everyone!

I have just started running been doing it about 2 weeks now and really loving it.
I try to run every night but do rest some nights,I run about 9pm ish for about 30 to 40 mins at mo
about 5 miles roughly need to test the milage or find the right milage on a run...
iam looking for someone in the ashford kent area to train with or could give me some advice or tips
as i am looking to do some marthons soon

I'd also vote for looking at running clubs, not only would a local running lub enable you to run with a group, gain loads of valuable tips & advice, but also it'd massively increase your chances of finding someone locally to train with outside the club ;)
