Hi Dave , Steve knew you to would be around , im doing ok running, not far, but go at least 4 times a week. Started doing other forms exercise too, going to take my course so i can train to be fitness instructor, so ever up this way once im up and running, have to pop in guys for a class hahha.
Going to do great south run this year, which should be fun.
Steve, yeah thanks fully recoverd ( in my eyes tho not everyones) all still going thro, but these things take time.
