Hi all, just signed in on this site, i love running and currenly trying to achieve my goal of finishing a marathon in less than 3 hrs. Did 35miles this week and am impressed with myself. Am good in climbs though i tend to reduce speed downhill. Pple needadvice on down hil withou realyreducing my speed. asante sana :)
