Complete newbie to running coming over (partially) from cycling.

It is a case of me maximising my time now that I am working more hours and it seems that 30 minutes running gives me more cardio work and better exercise.

I am not sure how much of that is psycological as I am doing something different but I don't want to move completely away from cycling either.

Greetings! I am looking forward to working on my blog.

running and cycling compliment each other, so I certainly wouldn't give it up altogether, but you are right you will get more from 30 mins of running than you will of cycling.

Welcome by the way.
