Complete newbie to running coming over (partially) from cycling.
It is a case of me maximising my time now that I am working more hours and it seems that 30 minutes running gives me more cardio work and better exercise.
I am not sure how much of that is psycological as I am doing something different but I don't want to move completely away from cycling either.
