Just thought I'd say hi, this seems like a great place
I'm new to running..very new
I just started this week but I'm not new to exercise I'm usually in the gym lifting but it's time to whack the cut up a notch and those cardio machines arent cutting it so I've been out running.. I can just manage a mile (in 10:25..speedy eh!!
) but its fun so I dont mind!
I'd eventually like to work up to 6 miles or so
