Been thinking about it for few years but finally took the plunge this year after having been a reasonably keen cyclist for er, more years than i'll own up to, when i found out i couldn't run a mile to the train station in spite of considering myself to be fit ...oh how wrong you can be

Still only on the 5min run/ 1 min walk (x5) schedule after a few weeks but enjoying it an awful lot, mostly along the beach (when the tides out so there's some hard sand to run on - definitely not up to running on that soft stuff) ... see seals sometimes too ... lovely first thing in the morning

First aim is to be able to run half an hour without stopping
